New to CrossFit?
Here’s the process:
Step 1 – Try 2 free classes
These classes are just meant for you to get an idea of how we run our program. If you’re worried about whether or not you can do the workout, don’t worry, we have ways to modify everything so you can participate!
Step 2 – Foundations
Foundations is where we go over all of the essential movements performed in class. What we teach here is movement. We teach you how to move better, how to move functionally, so that you can increase your performance. By increasing your performance, we know that we are making you “fitter”. Everyone can benefit from moving better, whether you’re a former Olympic Athlete or a former couch potato!
Step 3 – We pick your program and get you going!
