“I was one of those people that believed that CrossFit isn’t the best thing for your body, and was also scared that I would get judged by people when working out in front of them. I quickly learned that the gym is like a family. No one will judge you. It’s a hobby you gain so much love for. I also learned, you push yourself to what’s best and not over do it. In just a month’s time, I can already tell a difference in how my body feels.”
